Privacy
In short: this site collects no personal data on its own. There is exactly one form, and it sits in the clearly marked section for adults.

The parents’ newsletter, the only form
We collect your first name (optional) and your email address. The purpose is to send the parents’ guide or the teacher material (teacher sheet and class set) and, roughly once a month, a note when a new book comes out. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with one click in any message.
Processor
Our emails are sent via GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc., USA), which means your data is transferred to the United States. The basis is the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU US Data Privacy Framework.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by Vercel Inc. (USA). On each request the server processes technical access data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser type. This is necessary to operate the site; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and tracking
One single cookie: NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language choice, expires after a year and is technically necessary. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no embedded third party services. Fonts and video are served from our own server. Your browser loads no third party content on this main site, so nothing is requested from Google Fonts, YouTube or any embedded tool.
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on file until you unsubscribe from the parents’ newsletter. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to hallo@sillersfamilypress.com. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna.
Children
Nothing is collected on the pages for children: no form, no account, no tracking. The forms for the parents’ newsletter and for the teacher material appear only in marked sections for adults aged 18 and over.
As of 23 September 2026. Complete in substance, not yet checked by a lawyer. That check happens before go-live.
